Assignement 15 Dave

One thing that brings my heart close to Hayward is my first car. It's not all blingy or fancy but it was my first car which was a beetle GLS 2000, the color dark night blue which I like to call Dave ;) It was summer I needed a car and a permit. My family and I went car searching for a beetle under their budget when I first saw Dave it was love at first sight. My parents said no I cried and cried for the car. So I went to the Hayward dmv and took my test I studied for days to prove to them I really wanted the car and finally passed my test and on that same day my parents bought me the car. When the owner gave me the keys I ran to Dave like it was love at first sight again I felt his soft silky smooth body , I opened the car door and smelled the great aroma of Dave. I rode shotgun because I didn't have practice at driving. Their was a smile in my face and till this very day I love Dave with all my heart.

Refined:
When I first came to Hayward I didn't like Hayward for a very long time because their was nothing to do and it was completely boring. Then it was time for me to get a car in summer 2011 so in hayward I saw a car that caught my eye it was a beetle. So I immediately bought a beetle. In hayward I traveled with my car Dave that stole my heart that brought me closer to hayward because I realized it had such nice sites such as parks.

Assignment 14 Artist Statement

The Picasso That Lies Within

In my piece I Incorporated Picasso's style and beauty of art. In my piece line is a really dominate piece in my project. One of the lines in my pieces are really arch because it represents the struggles and challenges I overcame in my life. Also as you look really closely my lines are not crooked because it represents how I'm a strong independent person. The emotion that my piece is portraying is happiness and sadness because on my left side my face almost green and my hair is green. Green represents happiness. Ive had a bunch of happy- filled moments in my life. On the other half of my face is a bunch of blue because I've had many depressing things in my life that have happened to me. The red in my lips represents how much of anger I felt in my life with a smile that hides all. As you can see theres a transition on my face where on the left side my face theirs lighter blues that represent how I can be relaxed and come and how theirs different colors of greens that represent excitement, thrilled, happy and on the left side of my darker colors of blue and all the bad personalities of anger, frustration, irritation and so on. This piece was very successful project . I used my master techniques in photoshop and incorporated Picasso in me.

Asignment 12

As we all know the government is using the health hazards as an excuse to get rid of the protests. health facts: The mayor of sf is using the health issue to get rid of protests by saying their is health issues, sanitation problems, When we interviewed the protesters we asked them is their any health hazards they replied no they showed us how they stay clean they brush their teeth, new clothes, their camps inside are very clean they maintain their hygiene they don't liter no sanitation problems over all the health hazard excuse was a false accusation just to get rid of the occupy movement and crush the protesters spirit and hope and so they can protect the one percent.
This lesson involves students exploring and expressing their laws. Whatever the long term effects of the occupy movement, protesters have succeeded in implanting "We are the 99 percent", referring to the vast majority of Americans. Is it fair to get mistreated by cops? No because we have our rights and theirs nothing they can say or do about that, also if a cop tries to pull someone over for no reason they can use the fourth amendment. Can police officers have the right to abuse civilians? No because that is not what their job is for and just because they are police officers does not mean they can abuse people.
